Price list of: Direct Cremation (Unattended) - £1,395.00
The cost shown is for an unattended cremation at your choice of crematorium. Cremation will take place at a time and date of our specification. No mourners may attend. We will be in constant contact with you throughout and will notify you once the cremation has taken place.

Chester Crematorium (Cremation fee of Resident £553.00 / Non-Resident £608.00 inc.)
Pentrebychan Crematorium (Cremation fee of £434.00 inc.)

The cost includes;
• Bringing the deceased into our care-£80.00.For collections over 25 miles, a fee of £2 per mile will be added
• Making all necessary funeral arrangements
• Liaising with all relevant authorities
• Provision of *standard cremation coffin & nameplate
• Preparation of deceased, which includes washing and dressing in own clothes should you wish. If no clothes are provided, we will gown the deceased)
• Scattering of ashes at place of cremation or return ashes to the family / next of kin
• Offer and advise on payment options should you be in need of help financially.
Disbursement Fees
• Doctor’s Fee £82.00 (where applicable)
• Crematorium Fee (shown above)

*Any coffin other than a size readily available will incur extra charges. Prices vary.

Disbursement fees are to be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the funeral. Balance to be paid within 7 days of the funeral taking place.
Advice can be given on payment options, should you be in need of help financially.

Simple Cremation - £2,795.00 (Attended)

Cremation taking place at Flintshire Memorial Park & Crematorium at either 9 am or 10 am - £905.00

Included within the Simple Cremation package;
• Bringing the deceased into our care £80.00. For collections over 25 miles, a fee of £2.00 per mile will be added
• Preparation and dressing of deceased, which includes washing and dressing in own clothes should you wish. If no clothes are provided, we will gown the deceased)
• Visit our Chapel of Rest at either our Broughton or Saltney branch. By appointment only
• Supply of *standard oak veneer coffin & nameplate
• Liaising with all relevant authorities, obtaining & completing  all legal paperwork
• Funeral Director’s services on the day of the funeral
• Making all necessary funeral arrangements
• Use of our silk floral tribute/s
• Provision of a hearse
• Providing Bearers
• Scattering of ashes at the place of cremation or return ashes to the family / next of kin
• Offer and advise on payment options should you be in need of help financially.

Burial Service Options Available

We can provide full burial funeral services at either a Church of your choice or a simple graveside service. The prices below are based on Flintshire County Council Cemetery fees. Church fees vary depending on denomination. Please note, all Church/Cemetery fees are classed as disbursements and must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the day of the service.

Church service and burial take place at a time and place of your choosing subject to availability.

ATTENDED FUNERAL (funeral director’s charges only)
This is a funeral where family and friends have a ceremony, event, or service for the deceased person at the same time as they attend the burial or cremation.

Taking care of all necessary legal and administrative arrangements.

Collecting and transporting the deceased person from the place of death (normally within 15 miles of the funeral director’s premises) into the funeral director’s care. £130

1 This fee (which is sometimes called the interment fee) is the charge made for digging and closing a new grave, or for reopening and closing an existing grave.
2 In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, you will usually need to pay Doctors’ fees as well. This is the charge for two Doctors to sign the Medical Certificate for Cremation.
